'India supports Russia’s policy in Ukraine' [PressTV]

Russia says it will NOT capitulate to the European Union's language of threats and sanctions over the crisis in Ukraine.
The Russian Foreign ministry in a statement has slammed the EU, saying that the bloc has taken an extremely nonconstructive position. The statement came after an EU emergency summit in Brussels decided to freeze talks on visa-free agreements with Moscow. The Russian Foreign Ministry has threatened to respond in kind to the EU if it imposes sanctions on Moscow. Meanwhile, China has announced its opposition to sanctions or threats of sanctions against Russia. The Chinese Foreign Ministry has called for a political settlement to the current crisis. And India has backed Russia's policy in Ukraine, saying that Moscow has legitimate interests which should be taken into account.
