Malaysia has not confirmed that MH370 was hijacked [Najib Razak @ PressTV]

Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak has not confirmed reports that the missing Malaysia Airlines aircraft was hijacked.

Razak said that the plane’s movement was consistent with deliberate action by someone on the plane and that the aircraft’s communications systems were deliberately disabled. He said the investigation is now refocused on the crew and passengers on board the missing airliner. The Malaysian prime minister noted that the search operation in the South China Sea has ended, and that search teams are now going to look for the plane in two new paths. The first corridor stretches from the border of Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan to northern Thailand, and the second from Indonesia to the southern Indian Ocean.
