You people are total MORONS. You can clearly see the car sitting at the light on the right. And then when it appears on the left, it's no longer at the light. NOT FUCKING HARD TO FIGURE OUT MORONS. Jesus lol

Usually there’s a bright light when objects and or people break through time portals … but this auto appearance in mid traffic movement, seems to be more of what’s referred to as reality shifting or quantum jumping .. where someone can travel from one ground level to another ground level of a compatible time zone reality … like from Florida to California in a split second .. or from China to America …

On second thought, I think the "ghost car" is coming from one of the main lanes of traffic, however obscured by both a background car and a foreground car. However, it's headlights can be seen reflecting off a shiny object at 00:09 until 00:10. Given the angles and placement of cars, this makes a lot more sense. The headlights in the "bike lane" are really a reflection of the ghost car farther on down the road. The ghost car is actually DECELERATING through the intersection, it appears.

But starting at about 00:09 you can see two headlights going through the bike lane, one at a time, indicating the "ghost car" may be going slowly at this time. Then at 00:10, the headlights either disappear behind some opaque object (bush, electrical box...), or the car gets erased using video editing software. Furthermore the scene seems to snap to be slightly brighter at 00:10. This could be due to either the exposure automatically adjusting as the headlights go behind the opaque object, or due to an artifact of the video editing process. The most reasonable explanation is that the "ghost car" is easing through the bike lane (as indicated by the headlights) and is obscured first by an opaque objects and then a background car while gaining speed, before finally becoming fully visible on camera as it darts out in front of the foreground car.

Looks to me that there is a 3 lane highway where the white van is, one lane being empty.
It looks very likely that a car broke the traffic rules and drove right through the lane between the white van and the tram.
We don't see the car because of timing and a point of view angle.
    SOLVED

So, the consensus among comments is that we are observing some kind of spectral inanimate object? Have a think about how ridiculous that is... and if you still think that is the most likely scenario i suggest you lay off the acid
