    I live in Morristown, New Jersey. I saw 9 red lights on February 17, 2009 around 8:50PM. They slowly flickered on and off and one by one disappeared within 15 minutes. I have been living in this area for over 20 years and I know for a fact that there are no towers in the direction that I saw those light. Flares? I highly doubt it.
