    water video? Victor schauberger?...ermm no info on this guys device, but I know it's a solid state power device. He uses magnets with coil on it, and oscillates it, then converts the power to usable 110v or 240v.Their is a smart guy his name is Tom Bearden.http://www.cheniere.org/And his device looks simular to this device. I think it works in the same way.I can post Video's of Tom Bearden, I have alot of them, all about Tesla energy, and energy from the vacuum. Zero Point Energy, or some call the Quantum flux, Quantum Foam, etc..

    Sounds very interresting I have seen somthing like this before but not in a nice package like this Would be nice for a bit more info please so as I can have a go at making One I keep an open mind as you can tell by the videos I post my water video speaks of Tessler who was well on top of this before he was closed donw by the banking people
