    Too slow! Why would any govt give their achievement (back-engeneering?) away when they 'supposedly' kept anything weird under raps for 60 years?

    You bet is a prototipe from NASA and EUROPE agency...saw the blue prints two yers ago...good to know they built it! What do you expect? we are in the 21st Century, A new frontier for mankind, to become aware of its galactic nature, we are going to have a deep paradigm adjustment, soon to happen...
