Impassioned, eloquent, succinctly stated. It, or something close should be shouted from the roof tops 24/7.

This should be required viewing. It should air over and over until it has been seen by every one at least five times. My hats off to the writers and the actors whose courage is great to stand up to the fear mongers. BRAVO!!!

DAMN STRAIGHT! Thank GOD for those writers of that show. Very good post! Thanks PDX Gal. We're neighbors - BND. I often ponder many times a day trying to think how we can protest and actually do something about how Bush wrecked our country. I only pray that we all elect Ron Paul. The only one saying to Police our own government.

(my favorite part) "... the book contained a speech by Adlai Stevenson. The year was 1952. He said: "The tragedy of our day is the climate of fear in which we live and fear breeds repression. Too often, sinister threats to the Bill of Rights, to freedom of the mind are concealed under the patriotic cloak of anti-Communinism." Today, it's the cloak of anti-Terrorism. Stevenson also remarked, "It's far easier to fight for principals than to live up to them."
