    sorry but, a childhood nursery rhyme comes to mind... "twinkle, twinkle, little star"a lot of stars can appear to be pulsating. and they can often seem to look like theyre changing colors, but theyre still stars. as for the fluorescent colors seen in this video, i wouldnt doubt an effect is being used.
