I agree with Anrk0207, it does look like an baloon in some angels. But at the same time - it doesn't. Dont have a clue what it is, but it is interesting thou.

It is a critter lady's and gentlemen a etheric critter whom lives in the upper atmosphere of ourplanet. They are usually in a non physical form! these critters are mistaken for UFO's or flying saucers but could you imagine an alien flying this thing?
