A Virginia man was shot and killed by police while on vacation this weekend.
Husien Shehada was in Miami Beach on a five-day vacation with his brother and their girlfriends when they were confronted by police early Sunday morning. The family says it was a deadly case of mistaken identity.

There should NEVER be a "Internal Investagation". The citizens of that county should be brought in like jury duty and find out what really happened and pose sentence if necessary. Like I should punish myself when Im bad.
