They should have refused the charges being dropped and demanded a court case , they should have pled not guilty in magistrates and took it to crown court for a jury to decide their fate , the problem with people today is they only have to hear the word ,"your going to court", and they get scared , if they knew the law or if they had a decent solicitor between them they would have been told this by their solicitor , i my self will always take it to crown court if ever im arrested for petty things such as this , the magistrate will most certainly throw it out than waste thousands of pounds of tax payers money , thats when you've got a case against them , but me myself would'nt let it go , crown court all the way ,
