    P, It looks like one of those eliptical mylars to me- esoecially at about 15, the way the current pushes the front of the craft/ balloon up. I've watched a lot of videos that have been identified as mylars and there's something about the way they move in the air that makes them almost always distinguishable. On the other hand, I could be very wrong. JM .02
