    I have a theory: It's a weather balloon, releasing little weather balloons. The weather in Mexico City is very bad. Case Closed. Tengo una teoria: es un globo meteorologico, soltando pequeños globos meteorologicos. El clima en la Ciudad de Mexico es muy malo. Caso cerrado.
