This year, the New York State Health Department is requiring all health care workers who come into contact with patients to get the flu vaccine, and will also require the H1N1 or swine flu vaccine as well. It's something the department says is for everyone's safety, but a number of workers are concerned about being forced to get the shot. Steve Ference has more on why some hospital workers say the mandate is flat out wrong.

They have every rite to stand up and say no to forced vaccinations! That vaccine contains theromine (Mercury that is extreaamly toxic)! It has not been thouroughly tested and yes 4000 people got disabled, not just sick, in 1976 from the swine flu vaccine! This is not a joke anymore! Look what just happened in Massachusetts! they just passed a law that says if the Governer says it's a "emergency" they have the right to come into your home without a warrent and forcabley give you the N1H1 vaccine, as well as throw you in jail indefinably without a trial!! IN OTHER WORDS YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS!

Suppose the vaccine does turn out to be debilitating. You'll wind up with far fewer medical staff! How can that be a good thing?!! (or is that the plan?)
