Candace Silvers on Expectation

I thought about this all last night.Though she is correct about expectations halting one's advancement, especially when created out of context, I believe this is more of a female characteristic than male.No offense intended, but women have a tendency to place expectations far and above potential outcomes. This is not a bad thing, but repeated over-expectationalism tends to frustrate and depress. Hence, why most women are in such a state to begin with. Just my POV. Good clip too :)
