FACTS:
*The Center for Disease Control (CDC) reports that 1 in 150 people have Autism
*BOYS are diagnosed with Autism 4X more often than girls.
*A new case is diagnosed nearly EVERY 20 minutes!
*More children will be diagnosed with Autism THIS YEAR than AIDS, Diabetes, and Cancer COMBINED

Given this increased rate, Autism will soon become the most common disability in the United States!!!

I have no idea if Autism is linked to Vaccines, but it sure as h3ll makes you wonder!
Back in the late 60's, it was like 1 in 4,000, in the 80's it was 1 in 2000, in 1997 it was 1 in 600, NOW it is 1 in 150!

WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON?!

In the show, King asks Dr Kartzinel "First things first. Is there an association between vaccinations and Autism?"
Dr Kartzinel makes an excellent point and states: "Well you have to think about things. First of all there is NO SUCH THING as a Genetic Epidemic. So the idea that this is some genetic epidemic doesn't work in science"

Later Doug Flutie replies "...I don't think there will ever be conclusive proof. (of vaccines causing Autism) And I think the government would be afraid to admit it, because it would have a heck of a lot of Law suits on their hands."

It all just chaps my hide.. from the CDC website it states:
Mercury and Vaccines (Thimerosal)
Thimerosal is a mercury-containing preservative used in some vaccines and other products since the 1930s. There is no convincing scientific evidence of harm caused by the low doses of thimerosal in vaccines, except for minor reactions like redness and swelling at the injection site. However, in July 1999, the Public Health Service agencies, the American Academy of Pediatrics, and vaccine manufacturers agreed that thimerosal should be reduced or eliminated in vaccines as a precautionary measure.

Since 2001, with the exception of some influenza (flu) vaccines, thimerosal is not used as a preservative in routinely recommended childhood vaccines.

I am not in NJ, but I can easily see this happening to all the US states soon.
