Who do you think these "Bases" and Facilities on the Moon belong to ? To Mankind ? Any Earth government ?
Of course not !
They belong to extraterrestial civilizations (more than one) and they are there for thousands of years; maybe a million ! Very, very before our ancestors appeared on Earth and their genetic improvement of us.
These civilizations are very far ahead our technology; anti-materia... anti-gravity and God knows what else, what defense weapons can we imagine they have ? They'll never let "monkeys" (men) to bomb them !

Mankind has been forfidden of landing on the Moon; that's why they have neve got back there. All the flights to the Moon were cancelled by the US President Obama due to lack of money. They have now to think beyond 2025 to start again.

The planned October 9, 2009 bombing of the moon by a NASA orbiter that will bomb the moon with a 2-ton kinetic weapon to create a 5 mile wide deep crater as an alleged water-seeking and lunar colonization experiment, is contrary to space law prohibiting environmental modification of celestial bodies. The rocket will crash into the crater at 5,600 mph, creating a new crater - perhaps as large as 5 miles wide. The crash is scheduled to occur Oct. 9.

The two-ton Centaur rocket qualifies as a space-based kinetic weapon. The reason alleged by NASA for the mission is that the [LCROSS} probes will map possible landing sites and search for water sources that could be used by a future lunar colony.

The scariest part i think tho i think" is the fact that long ago when they done theyre early moon missions" , seemingly from earlier visits they had loads o scientific equipment too study the moon including some kind of sizemick" sorry if not spelt properly but the thing too study tremors n stuff along wi whatever else they had" , detected the impact of one of theyre later landings and also its stated that this was before nasa started doin private radio communication , but not broadcasting live tv footage before that , well nasa and many others detected a a huge kind of echoing" or ringing impact noise because the moon is supposedly hollow".And theyre gonna hit it with a kinetic bomb? oo dear".
