Could this be the first step to countering the ridiculously exaggerated power the feds have developed over the years? I sure hope so! Next target, the Federal Reserve! :p

It means that now people who are allowed by their state to take medicinal marijuana will not be later prosecuted by the feds (which was the case before). Yet they will still crackdown on those who abuse the right to supply it - such as overproducing or using the plantation as a front.
