This is a vid I found on good 'ole you tube fro the user, "setokaiba22" which has a plethora of useful info from all over the globe, especially Germany and Austria where apparently many doctors and elite are joining the ever growing number of "No Jabbers" (Hopefully, I just coined a phrase).
