Wow - so it's all about Jaime then, yeah? No need to think about the actual evidence of effects on the tape, the tape itself and the witness himself - we can just safely ignore all that...

Objection your honor! He's leading the witness! I'm sorry to say that Jaime Maussan has no credibility, in my eyes, as an investigator in lieu of all the footage of bunches of released balloons that he claims to be the evidence of mass visitation!

very interresting. this guy Jaime is a tireless investigator of the ufo phenomenon. he's the guy to keep an eye on if you wanna keep up with whats going on in this field
