How scientific is that ?

How can all that we see around us be an accident when it happens over and over and over again? I'm not trying to upset people with this video, but I am trying to understand how other people think. So, if where all accidents of nature then why is it that some accidents continue to repeat over and over? Can someone explain that to me?
