Poling Autism Case vs the Government

The first part of this video is the first news interview with the Poling Family on LKL March 6 2008
The latter part of this video is a better interview with the Poling Family from March 7 2008, Good Morning America.

Well this is a first! hmmm or is it? And this case never went to TRIAL.
Makes you wonder why did the government concede on this case so quickly?
Were they trying to "sweep this all under the rug?"

Notice how the MASS media describes this as "Autism Symptoms"
