Whatever sneaky shit they were trying to do by taking that document, they just shot themselves in the foot. That's mistrial right there, regardless of the fact is wasn't a sentencing hearing. Approaching the DA's podium and tampering with her files is tampering with evidence .... mistrial!

that was theft right inside the courtroom. i don't care if it was returned and by her not knowing what was taken, who's to say what he returned was what was originally taken.. if it was me the judge would have had to stop and roll the cameras n i wouldn't care if she had other cases becuse it was in her courtroom and her security so she's partly responsible..and i wouldn't have left until that officer got repremanded!!!

5***** the Criminal Court system is corrupt and will always be corrupt it is big money for the Judges who get paid secretly from these Private Prisons to convict People many Judges have been getting caught for this
