If global warming was a fact and was detrimental to the earth as we are told by experts, the common sense answer is to ban the grossly polluting infernal combustion engine and all production and use of oil and gasoline as fuel. Phasing in any or all of the existing, numerous alternate fuel engines would begin immediately. The infernal combustion engine has been obsolete for 50 years and technology exists to burn even water as fuel with harmless emissions.Any %u2018carbon use tax%u2019 levied on people is a fraud and scam.
