Interesting clip. I'm guessing he got it off an animal host who contracted it from an infected traveller visiting the local region.I'm sure Bush and his entourage though would like to claim Al-Qaeda purposefully sent infected insurgents as a way to cowardly attack the American nation. That way he could slip in his Patriot Act V.2 and finally claim total ownership of the American people! :p
