Harrison had the video sent to him, and for those that have been following his investigations, you will know he finds or has sent to him some rather interesting material for debate.
Now this is in HD wmv format so you can get a real good look at this UFO, you would be forgiven for thinking this is a ROD but I feel this footage is as far from a ROD as anything I have seen.
You need to pause this video as the vehicle moves across the sky, as you can see how this UFO works and leaves a trail in the clouds... (Hmmm black contrails???)

It produced a DISTRAIL!!!(photography) - could this be a Time Exposure problem?looks-like-a-Rod2me!-great vid!!!

Okay that's interesting, it formed a cut through the clouds which I've never seen.Good video, loving the zoom. It/rods do have winglets 'still'.

Well it looks to be a "Rod" to me, at least it looks like that to me, and thanks for the video capture and"Jose Escamilla" for the newest reference to our Encyclopedia for the word"Rod" in context to the Anomaly Creature in question? I think? Either way it was an interesting post!
