Orbs Over storm front?

Black lines, specks, dots and other compression artifacts are a common feature in most goes11 satellite imagery.

The black dots that are directly above this front are traveling parallel/with the wind direction. - diagonally!
- to high to be weather balloons!

-This is a Very poor quality video, -it is the wrong format and has been severely compressed!!!
