    This whole "war on terror" business is nothing more than a modern, updated version of the witch hunts during the middle ages. Yeah sure there are a FEW nutters out there with sinister agendas, but that does not give anyone the right to assassinate people at will, based only on suspicion. What would happen if such a policy was adopted?No doubt, what we would get is the return of the Salem witch trials, where all you would have to do in order to get rid of a troublesome neighbour, business competitor, spouse etc, would be to point the finger at them and shout the word TERRORIST.

    Seems reasonable. Only questions- what does it mean "join a terrorist group"? What proof is required before people are killed for "joining a terrorist group"? A citizen attending rifle range or tactical training or popping off sniper shots behind a wall is obvious and reasonable and the citizen could be a reasonable target. How about if the citizen buys a member of the "terrorist group" a cup of coffee or helps him fix a flat tire?
