    This was a dumb call. Nothing was accomplished.The person on the hot line was just a regular employee. He wasn't a higher up with powerful knowledge trying to hide something. The average person working for the government has no policy or regulation power. This call was the equivalent to cussing out the person at the register of a McDonalds for a burger that was made wrong a week ago... at a different McDonalds.
