    great name. they needed a name. ok. but, i'm wondering if they're the same type of rainbow clouds that were filmed over Haiti & Brasil... thanku.

    I was in Swedish Lapland in January 2010. We saw something similar. This was in Kiruna near EISCAT ( the european experimental station like HAARp.
