Cernan is right about the waste of one hundred billion to create jobs. I don't think Aldrin can conceptualize just how many high paying jobs NASA creates. Obama's plan is a joke and a huge waste of our tax dollars. People this our money, not his.

I agree with everyone that he simply made a mistake, twice.
Having said that, I do find it funny that he incorrectly corrects himself at the end(4:15)and goes, "[..]back to the Moon-ona-Mars..."
Personally I'm used to my mum calling me by my brother's name and visa versa, so I reckon we shouldn't get too excited by this video. Cool upload nonetheless!!
