It's a fake. Someone ripped the original, posted to youtube by "The Faking Hoaxer" and removed his watermark only to insert the NASA logo..Here is the original (better quality):http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uWHn5dxOUY4See other great CGI UFOs on the moon and simililar stuff at his user site: http://www.youtube.com/user/TheFakingHoaxerThen again, some people will believe it's real even though it's a proven hoax.. Check the "Captive Grey Alien" case for a good example.
