    This video has no alteration besides the intro and final you are seeing it as it was aired on RT.You can confirm it with the youtube link i provided. As you well know this is a stream so there will always be artifacts and small delays between frames.Never the less its a valid point if we discard that fact.

    any body else notice the trail it leaves when it first enters the screen, doesn't fade or disperse. it blinks out. susspitious. makes me not believe
