    men in black uniforms with bullet proof vests and machine guns patrol all the beaches and wont let citizens clean up the beaches on their own volition.I couldn't even volunteer in any way.and nobody else was there cleaning up a damn thing,maybe it was the smell in the air running people off,I hope it makes them guards sick as hell.
