Short broken,rectangular contrails appeared from nothing?

The aircraft would have been flying at very low altitude! between 5000 - 7000 feet.
(I used Cypress mtn as a guide)

They would have been very fast and quiet.

Active camouflage?

very inconspicuous!- with nefarious intentions?

- Some of the Artificial-persistent-spreading-contrails later became Virga - Falling directly on the most populated parts of the city!!!
