Please watch this full CBS attempt to talk to cleanup workers and understand the following facts about the REASON for the Media Blackout 1--workers here should be wearing respirators and hazmat suits and 2--workers cannot fish so these are the only jobs they can get and they will do whatever they are told to keep them 3--the same people who would bring claims against BP are being exposed to DEATH-Producing toxins. Most the Exxon Valdez workers that did this are dead or permanently disabled.

The video sounds to me like Hallen Security; however, it doesn't really matter as they will hire any company that will enforce their "rules" without regard to actual authority. As you can see, the actual Sheriff did not prevent the reporter from speaking to the workers. BP won't prevent them speaking (TRUE) however bottom line: follow rules or be fired, there's plenty of unemployed fishermen who want a paycheck.

This should be the biggest scandal in the media right now. A miltary type presence to protect the workers? from what? celebrity stalkers? Even a five year old would see it's not only the oil that stinks here.Someone should be tearing BP apart but instead they are making the rules and regulations. As for the retarded security guys. It's probably like with the police force where they are only engaged if their IQ is not over a certain level, so that they do not question the ridiculous guidelines given to them.This is truly unbelievable, just when you thinking theres a paradigm shift in progress you see this and see we are truly lost.Fuck BP boycott their products and fuck the military industrial complex holding back on free and alternative energy sources. Great Post. I think there should be a spot here called SHEEP OF THE WEEK, these guys would earn the title for at least the next few weeks.
