Obama's License to Kill is ILLEGAL !!

The CIA under direction from JFK attempted to assasinate Fidel Castro in the 1960s. It was only after this attempt failed that a law was passed making it illegal to assasinate a head of state. It still however, was and remains legal to take out others below the rank of head of state if it is in the national security interest. I say take out the terrorists with great prejudice!
