    That's a shadow, not a ghost. It is obvious because the silhouette has multiple intensities of shadowing. An apparition would not appear like this and would have fine edges. That is also not a kid, if you stop at 0:01, you can see the height of the camera in contrast to the height of the door knob on the door at a downward angle. This tells me that the person who recorded the video is almost 6 feet tall.
