White orb sighting, North Wales

On a walk back home after a party I looked above my house and saw a moving star (ufo) The video isn't brilliant, and I apologise for continuous zooming in and out. Around 1:30 I try to keep camera still to show movement from right to left. I swear this isnt fake, it's made me believe ufo's are real, being from space or government. This is my 3rd sighting of this type of phenomenon in this area since christmas.
