I Agree with this Documentary 100%. Our world as we know it is fucked. The whole conumdrum is falling apart. The Government needs to face the music but I'm afraid they can't afford to. Otherwise you would have riots everywhere. What to do? keep bussiness as usual! This is the 2nd best documentary besides "What a way to go" Life at end of empire! We the people, need to find a way to get out of this mess before the elitelist (republicans: and democrats too) bring us all down! I personaly think is too late, but we can do our part by using less, and being inventive with our technologies and mindsets.

His information on suiciding and the national distribution of drugs by government agencies (mainly CIA) is important--his peak oil stuff is a red herring.



Our infrastructure is extemely dependent on oil--I agree with him there--but that doesn't mean we can't have it any other way. Less oil production is a good thing. A massive adjustment, yes, but a good thing.



He has missed a few big questions in terms of oil availability: especially abiotic oil and South American massive deposits.



Plastic and tires can both me made without using oil. The tests so far show that the bio-engineering plastic and isoprene (the key component in making tires) is as good and arguably better than oil-based equivalents since they biodegrade faster after use.
