This video is from the alien encounter of Dr Reed (Dr Jonathan Reed or John Rutter).
In 1999, Rutter presented the story and evidence of his alien encounter at a live presentation in San Diego.
Sometime shortly after returning to the Pacific Northwest after his San Diego presentation, Rutter ( Dr Reed ) was shot in the left shoulder by an unknown assailant in a public parking lot.
A man walked up to Rutter, pulled out a gun and forced it into his chest. Rutter instinctly grabbed the barrel of the gun and pushed it to the side. Unfortunately when he did that, the gun discharged. His assailant calmly holstered his gun and strode quickly away towards a waiting van - leaving Rutter collapsed and bleeding against a car.
Rutter says that he doesn't believe the man who shot him actually intended to shoot him. Instead, he believed that the person was trying to abduct him, perhaps for an interrogation or something.
In any case, shortly after the shooting one of his friends convinced him to document his wounds as proof of the assault. This video is part of that documention.

I can't believe this guy is still out there claiming his story is real. But....that's the only way he can keep making money selling his videos. The first time I read about this I searched for some backround info. on this Dr. Reed and this is what I found... http://www.ufowatchdog.com/exposed10.html The info. at the link has been updated to include the investigator. Funny, I tried to locate a site or any information on this Investigator and there's none to be found. Judge for yourself.

If real, we should see a report from the hospital or Doctor that treated the wound, witnesses to the shooting. Not some Halloween makeup on a blubbery body. and what's with the ruler?
