This video is from the alien encounter of Dr Reed (Dr Jonathan Reed or John Rutter).
While the creature was still unconscious, Rutter decided to look more closely at the head wound. He set up his camera, put on some medical gloves and carefully examined the wound.
There are a couple of places in the video where you can actually hear the creature make some utterances - so perhaps it was not completely unconscious. It's hard to say.
I included a still photo inset on the lower left because the video was a little dark and difficult to see in detail. Watch the inset closely because I also zoom up on the wound so that you can see the intricate brain convolutions and wetness of the wound.
Sorry about the graphic nature of this but it is part and parcel to helping others understand this extraordinarily complicated case.

Notice that at around 29 seconds; as Reed gently turns the aliens head to one side, the alien resists slightly, and tries to not only turn its head back, but also appears to try and lift its head from the foil. Notice that when this happens Reed is not touching the head. Also, assuming that the head is stuck to the foil with sticky blood, one can see the foil move in conjunction with the head, and again without any interaction from Reed.

The mere fact that this is tagged as Reed / Rutter takes points away. Somehow I'm not convinced. sorry.
