Could Iran go nuclear with Russian help?

Russia is set to launch Iran's nuclear power plant in Bushehr next week. The US and Israel remain in strong opposition to the nuclear plant. Will this spark a military strike on Iran? Former CIA analyst Ray McGovern and RT contributor Wayne Madsen both say no. McGovern does believe an attack by Israel is possible sooner than later, but this shift will only be a small factor in the bigger picture.
