Did Aliens Cause The Iceland Volcano Eruption?

It is a well known fact that UFOs exit and enter the interior of the earth where they have Alien bases. These doorways they use for their craft cause the earth to rumble and shake. Entrances are often below a lake or in the side of a mountain and even on the inside of a volcano as is seen in this video. Was the eruption of the volcano due to Aliens clearing out the passage so they can exit and enter their facility? Did they cause the eruption on purpose? Did they cause the Haiti earthquake too where similar UFO sightings were seen the day of the quake?
