    come on this is just a bug and or a spider out of focus on the camera lens some of these CCTV cameras don't have an autofocus feature which this one doesn't notice when the gentleman enters the frame - another note bugs love the housing units for these outside cameras due to the warmth that generates from them...

    umm... I do believe that that was a plume of smoke from the car that's sitting in the top right hand corner of the screen but yeah I guess it fooled that guy...
