Strong winds often bombard the glass window of the TSI office with all kinds of debris(bugs,birdshit,dust,raindrops)
I totally thought this was wind blown debris from Burrard bridge, or a roof top!
Upon a closer inspection I noticed part of this thing is partially covered with the cloud above it.(it-is-in the altostratus deck)
I have personally photographed similar looking objects with 2 different cameras.
odd angle on the glass, this could be a fly? ? Still open to interpretation.

Great observation, The KatKam has captured some amazing footage over the years!!I have seen objects like this,... a-little further west from Vancouver(over the ocean)They seem to behave like a Bald Eagle soaring on thermal convection currents.- maybe that is what we are supposed to think? ? ?
