    Lysergic acid diethylamide, or derivative of, Maybe in the water. Focus group maybe? or even a prank from some sick individual. It's a crazy vid in the sense, instead of an investigation of source etc, the news casters jump straight in to Demonic forces without any talk about other possibilities (except the guy who said it was a girl with nervous problems, but those effects looks more tangible to me) TFP though.
