Oct 20th South Carolina Ufo Flashing Orb By Moon

Note: The large object on the right is the moon hidden behind the clouds.

Me and a friend were outside around 1:00am oct 20th when we noticed a bright light by the moon, after looking around we noticed heavy cloud cover and no others stars were very visible and this object seemed to flash and act strange so I grabbed my very low-quality camera and took a few clips. sorry for the really bad video quality.
