    I analyzed this frame by frame with adobe premiere. It is NOT a plane, comments about pulselites are wrong because they flash 45 times per minute, it is daylight so a plane body would be more visible than lights, it has between 6 and 2 lights changing position with one another, it is too low to be a commercial flight and it is not ascending or descending, and when it goes behind the power wire it is blocked by the wire pixel for pixel.

    Look's convincing but background of clouds and telephone wires no motion, no birds but you can hear them.
