    You could be right, but going off the eye witnesses account, they do'nt think it is balloons. Another thing to note would be the fact that the vid. is using 100X zoom. At that height, you would expect balloons to be bigger at the top (as they expand). Not saying they are or arn't. just very wierd display. Peace bro.

    as other will and have said before a bunch of ballonsdont bother tring to say its not, your other reply in your previous video post shows you are another ufo fundamentalist that has to immediatly jump to the alien answer before any logical thought.
